The Antlers [Official Site, MySpace], a New York-based indie rock act spearheaded by jack-of-all-trades Peter Silberman, are embarking on a short East Coast tour before completing their third full-length, tentatively titled Hospice.
This album follows In The Attic Of The Universe, a self-recorded and self-released project that was snatched up by Fall and re-released in November.
The release was given away digitally, to the tune of 10,000 copies.
This will be Silberman’s first release with a four-piece band backing him. Previous efforts, including five under own real name and two under the Antlers name, were recorded solo.
