The Impossible Shapes [Official Site, Myspace] released this video in June and I finally just saw a note that I wrote to myself: “Shawn, post this video.” Good thing I wrote that note, eh?
The Bloomington, IN act shares not only a hometown with arguably my favorite record label, but also with such talented musical acts as Murder by Death and, well, that’s all I know. I looked and drew a blank on more Bloomington bands, so if you can think of more, leave some more in the comments for me to check out. It’s a college town, so I am sure that bands pop up all the time worth noting, so comment or email me at radioexile[at]gmail[dot]com.
With that out of the way, come check out their latest video (chock full o’ nature and time-lapse photography!)
“Infinity’s Lips” from the Secretly Canadian album The Impossible Shapes. Video directed by William Winchester Claytor.
