Cursive Premieres “Let Me Up” Video

cursive

This new clip from Cursive [Myspace] rocks. Their latest video (for “Let Me Up,” a personal fave from the record) is off the album, Mama, I’m Swollen, an album I am so fond of, I am willing to say right now, “if you don’t own it, punch yourself in the mouth”.

If there are more than 5 bloody mouths in our readership, I will freak (just kidding, but get this and get set to rock your face off). The video was directed by Evan Glodell, and if this isn’t enough awesomeness for one day, Daytrotter also posted a new session with the band last week, which I highly recommend you check out. It features the songs “What Have I Done?” (off Mama, I’m Swollen) and “The Casualty” (off Cursive’s Domestica), as well as covers of The Cure’s “Love Cats” and David Bowie’s “Modern Love”.

Check out the clip “after the jump”
