Weezer Cancel Raditude Tour after Bus Crash
Following yesterday’s bus crash Weezer have canceled the remainder of their December Raditude tour, which left singer Rivers Cuomo in hospital with three cracked ribs. His wife, while initially treated for injuries, has been released from the hospital.Their child, tucked away safely in her crib, escaped unscathed.
A post at Weezer.com illustrated the severity of the crash, which took place around 7am (EST) as Cuomo, his wife Sarah, their baby, a nanny and personal assistant were being driven from Toronto, Ontario, to Boston, Massachusetts for a gig.
The staff of Radio Exile and Inside Pulse wish Rivers and assistant Sarah Kim a speedy recovery.
