13 Year Old Ke$ha Performs “Karma Police” at Talent Show

The old adage “I don’t want to be famous because…” pretty much applies here. Someone decided to grab Ke$ha‘s middle school talent show in which she COVERS Radiohead. Yikes, not a nice move on that person’s part, but still sort of cool to hear that:

1) She can sing…a bit.
2) She is just following what’s popular and, right now, rap-pop/party-party/girl-pop b.s. is the music of the day.

Go Ke$ha. Make a dollar while you can before the major label model implodes and there are no big paydays left for anyone there.

And if you get a chance, work this cover into your set. It’s ballsy.

  1. the girl has talent.
    i admire her.
this video just makes me like her more. shes my age and i was just as chubby and awkward as she was when i was that age too. she’s written over a hundred songs she has TALENT and you can hate all you want. i dont even like pop i like tool, NIN and when i listen to her songs i just think that not only are they catchy and well produced they are written with appeal and TALENT. hate on miley cyrus but give this girl one gigantic break. she sang the chorus of Flo Ryda – Right Round and didn’t even get paid. and now people are saying she rips other artists off. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY SONGS BORROW FROM OTHER SONGS?!?!?!?! at least 75%. give her a break!
