BetterTrades CAM

One neat little thing BT has been up to is the BetterTrades CAM. During their classroom sessions they give the students an opportunity to voice their praises, concerns, complaints and appreciation all at once. The Better Trades CAM is a way for people to give unbiased reviews, both good or bad, so that the company can learn and grow from its customer voice. I think it’s nice to see a company being so open to user feedback so that it can improve for their needs rather than just the companies needs. This is a big step for the company and I look forward to seeing further developments.

Someone asked what type of CAMs they were using, and while I’m not exactly positive they do favor the FLIP. They were pretty small. Small enough to not spook the reviewer from feeling like they were on camera to begin with. If you have a chance to attend a class, ask someone if you can do a review on the BetterTrades CAM. You might end up a celebrity. J
